4. Payments & Refunds

  • Subscriptions: Auto-renew monthly/annually. Cancel anytime via your dashboard.
  • Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Unused annual plans qualify for prorated refunds.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Submit false or malicious DMCA claims.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our platform.
  • Use SecureMyContent for illegal or harassing content.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of all submitted material.
  • Our License: You grant SecureMyContent a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process takedowns.

7. Termination

8. Disclaimers

9. Limitation of Liability
